Manage over 100 Azure Active Directory group properties including some on-prem
Create/import/delete groups
Use these buttons to manage the groups you select.
1 - Create a new group
Create a new group in Azure AD based on the properties of selected existing groups. The creation dialog will be populated with the properties common to all groups that you selected.
2 - Import groups from a file
Add groups in bulk to Azure AD by importing their properties from a CSV or Excel file.
[Note: Only imports the first sheet of a workbook.]
Headers are optional, and if you do have them they do not need to be formatted since the import dialog allows you to map the data which will be added to the grid.
3 - Delete groups
Clicking on the 'Delete' button will flag the selected groups to be deleted when you click Save.
Deleted groups will be sent to the Recycle Bin, and are kept there usually for 30 days with the option to restore them or to delete them permanently.

Updating group information
Make changes to group properties based on a grid selection of groups or a file.
Editing groups
Make changes to group information for all the groups you select.
Common and different values for all selected groups are indicated in the dialog. Click on the pencil icon to change a value. Once you click Apply, you will see any changes you made in the grid before you decide to save them.
Note: Values that are displayed using 'Load Info' can only be changed if they are loaded in the grid (with the Load Info button).
Convert O365 groups to Teams
Convert the group type of any selected groups to a 'Team'.
Select your groups in the grid and click the Convert to Teams button. You will see any changes you made under the Status column before you decide to save them.
Manage Teams, Team settings, channels, chats
Use these buttons to manage the Teams you select.
1 - Manage Teams
Find and navigate the list of all your teams by sorting or grouping the 'Is a Team' column.
2 - Manage team settings
Edit the settings for all selected teams. Properties common to all those selected will be automatically populated in the edit dialog.
Changes you make will appear under the Status column before you decide to save them.
3 - Manage team channels
Displays a detailed list of all channels for the selected teams.
View and edit channel properties, delete channels, and view channel content from this view.
4 - Manage team chats
Shows a detailed list of all conversations for selected teams.
View and edit conversation properties, delete conversations, and view all conversation posts.
Manage group document library files
Use this button to manage the files associated to any groups you select.
Files
This view allows you to explore the entire hierarchy of files for each selected group.
You can manage file permissions, retention labels, delete or rename files, preview files, and download multiple files at once.

Group members & owners
Use these buttons to manage the members and owners you select.
1 - Manage group members
Explore and edit all members of all selected groups at once. You can add or move members as well as promote/ demote ownership for multiple selections at once.
2 - Manage group owners
Explore and edit all owners of all selected groups at once. You can add and remove owners for any number of selected groups from this view.
Group conversations, mail and delivery management settings
Use these buttons to manage group conversations and delivery settings of any groups you select.
1 - Delivery management
Shows all authorized and and rejected senders for any groups you have selected.
Manage delivery settings of all selected group members such as adding them to either the list of accepted or rejected senders.
2 - Conversations
Shows a detailed list of all conversations for any groups you select.
View and edit conversation properties, delete conversations, and view all conversation posts.
Group calendar events
Use this button to manage the calendar events of any groups you select.
Events
This view displays a list of all events connected to groups you have selected. You can preview events and manage attachments from this view.
Restore deleted O365 groups/Teams
This view lets you manage deleted groups in the recycle bin.
Recycle Bin
Explore details like the creation/ renewal/deletion dates, as well as the deletion policy status of deleted groups. You can then decide to recover deleted groups, or permanently delete them.
Group SharePoint sites - link to Sites
This view lets you manage the SharePoint sites of any selected groups.
Sites
Displays a detailed list of the sites associated to all selected groups, and lets you manage their files and site lists.
NEW - On-premises groups
See more than 100 on-prem group properties
Just like for users, you can now access groups and their properties in Active Directory together with the groups in Azure Active Directory, all in the same place, sapio365.
Once on-prem data is loaded, you can see over 140 group attributes.
Mass edition of groups in Active Directory on prem
You can directly change attributes of groups in your on-premises Active Directory directly from sapio365.
Currently, only the following group properties are available to edit: ‘Description’, ‘Display Name’, ‘Group Category’, ‘Group Scope’, ‘HomePage’, ‘Managed By’.
