Admin audit logs & sign-ins
sapio365 lets you connect to Microsoft 365 and retrieve data from admin audit logs and from sign-in events log.
Launch each view from the Tenant area on the sapio365 homepage.
Get admin audit logs
1 - Choose the volume of log entries you wish to retrieve.
2 - You can add an optional filter to limit the results even further.
3 - Tip: Drag and drop the "Activity" column title to the top left of the grid to get a complete picture of activities recorded in the interval you set.
Get user sign-ins
1 - Choose the volume of recorded sign-in entries you wish to retrieve.
2 - You can add an optional filter to limit the results even further.
3 - Tip: Drag and drop the "Status error", "Username" and "City" column titles to the top left of the grid to see the success and error frequencies for each user's sign-in activities.
